This is the page to watch to keep updated about our horses on the Alberta show circuits. We show our foals, our brood mares, our geldings, and our stallion prospect. This page allows visitors, and regular browsers the ability to see what we have showing, where, when, and our accomplishments with those horses.

Currently this year Brandi is also showing for Marsh Haven Farms (Glen and Donna O'Neil). Showing their Caspian stallion "Talib" and their welsh stud colt "Illusion, all over Alberta and into the US.

Tristan recently injured himself, we don't know when he will be able to get back out there much to our dismay. Nothing permanent, but a leg wound that doesnt want to heal. He has missed his olds APHA show, His rimbey show, and we do believe he will miss didsbury as well as drayton valley if not more.

Iniko's Millenium

 

Iniko went to his first show ever May 26th,07, and did extremely well! He brought home a first in Yearling CPHA halter, a sixth in Open Gelding any age, and a first and a third in Showmanship! We are very proud!!

Iniko is listed for sale, but will only go to an approved working/showing home. We plan to use him for barrels and other speed events like his dam.

Taffy

 

In 2007, we showed our grade dun mare "Taffy" at a few select open shows. Taffy did extremely well with all the hussle and bussle, and handled herself well in and outside of the ring despite the fact she is a very dominant mare. This year, she will probably only be shown for the game aspect of open shows. We also hope to introduce her to ABRA (Alberta Barrel Racing Assoc.) this year, as she has been getting good times in her barrel training.

Taffy is currently pulling in very good times at barrel racing. However we do not know if we will have time to take her to jackpots, with our other showing committments.

Taffy was shown in hand by a young "student" of mine, as well as by me in the bareback race and gymkhana. She almost always places in SMS, as well as Brandi and Taffy usually bring home first in the bareback race.

At a Rimbey Show coming up, We plan to show taffy in western pleasure, western equitation, reining and all of the speed events. We are hoping she does very well.

It has been a long hard process to get Taffy to lose weight. Being a dominant mare, she gets the best of everything, always. She has been pulled off grass, and we are trying our best to get our pens finished so she can be on an official diet. She's never been dangerously overweight, however we know she would operate better when thinner.

 

Taffy has also been a great show horse for junior exhibitors. Here she is with one of Brandi's Students Alyssa, With their win in a showmanship class.

"Millexus"

 

Our very own MilLexus will be shown in 2008, provided we aren't pursuaded to sell her. This girl has the ultimate flash factor, and is a joy to be around. Her conformation is near perfect, and her disposition is more than anyone can ask for, willing, calm, smart, everything that needs to be there to take her to the top.  She will be shown in halter classes, and later on in life, some western pleasure or english pleasure (depending on which she is better suited towards), barrel racing and other speed events. We are very proud to call her a Millenium baby, and a foal produced by Merikle Waters.

We are hoping to show MilLexus along side of her half brother "Tristans Millenium" at every show possible. So she will be shown at the 2 CPHA shows, as well as any other open shows we can find.

Alberta horses, get ready for a flashy correct little girl all dressed up in yellow!

Update: For being out of a 14.2 mare, and a approx 15HH stallion, she's 14HH as a coming yearling!

"Tristans Millenium"

 

We are planning to show Tristan at every open, CPHA and APHA shows in Alberta this year, his show schedule is a full one! We would also really to take him and his half sister "MilLexus" to the alberta horse inspections in Olds.

Get ready yearling colts, this one is really correct and flashy! Ready to win the class, and you're heart!
